Lisa has been the owner of Lisa’s Hairmasters for more than thirty years. “Focusing on the best guest experience has always been a priority, and is the foundation of what we do here,” said Lisa, whose favorite part of her job is still creating a new look for a salon guest. Lisa has studied advanced hair styling techniques at the Whitman’s Academy of Hair Design. During her career, Lisa has also participated in color techniques and hair re-texturizing courses, along with studying salon business management. She has also attended international hair shows in Dusseldorf, Germany, Verona, Italy, and Rotterdam, Holland, and the Paul Mitchell Gathering in Las Vegas, Nevada in August 2013.

Lisa enjoys cutting and coloring all types of hair, yet the personal element is at the heart and soul of her work. “I’ve styled hair for salon guests who are seeking a fresh, new hairstyle after undergoing cancer treatment,” said Lisa. “It’s an honor to be a part of their recovery, and making them feel great. It’s truly uplifting.”

Outside of the salon, Lisa can be found at the beach, traveling, reading, and watching sports.

Laura has been a stylist at Lisa's Hairmasters since 1982 and is also the team manager. “Of course, I love cutting and coloring,” said Laura. “I also love to do formal up-dos for all occasions. It is flattering to be part of the most important and special days of people’s lives, by making them look and feel their best.” Laura has studied at the Whitman’s Academy of Hair Design. Laura has also attended international hair shows, and has recently attended in the Paul Mitchell Gathering in Las Vegas, Nevada, in August 2013, with more than 3,000 other industry professionals. “There is always something new to learn with hair trends,” said Laura.

She enjoys styling and coloring all hair types, and working with her clients to achieve their best look. "Your appearance is your first impression, and that is very important,” said Laura. “It’s rewarding to help give people confidence to look great every day, and look the best they can.”

Laura’s husband and two teenagers keep her busy outside of work where they enjoy vacationing, skiing, and biking. Laura also enjoys cooking for her family and exercising.

Stefaney has been with Lisa’s Hairmasters since 2014. A recent graduate of cosmetology school, where she also studied make-up and aesthetics, Stefaney brings a fresh perspective to the salon. Updos are one of Stefaney’s specialties, and she also enjoys creative cuts and color techniques. Working with many different hair types is a fun way for her to be the best stylist she can be. “The best part of my job is making people look their best, and happy with what they see in the mirror,” she said.

One of her most memorable moments as a stylist was when she cut a little girl’s hair so she could donate it. “She was so proud of how long it was, and how she was so proud to donate it to someone in need,” Stafaney said. “I was moved to be able to contribute to her accomplishment while helping others.”

While she is not working at Lisa’s Hairmasters making people look fabulous, Stefaney can be found reading, baking, and enjoying her love of animals.
